Description of the project:
The project involved designing and developing a website that allowed users to register for an event organized by TotalEnergies D'Ieteren. In collaboration with the communication agency Bench Marketing, we handled the graphic design, integration, and frontend programming of the website, as well as implementing a backend tool for managing and updating the site's content.

Key features:
Registration form: We implemented a user-friendly registration form that allowed users to provide the necessary information to participate in the event. This form was based on a unique code provided by TotalEnergies D'Ieteren, ensuring secure and personalized registration.
Confirmation emails and SMS: Once the registration was submitted, our system was capable of automatically sending confirmation emails and SMS messages to the participants. This ensured a quick acknowledgment of their registration and provided them with essential event information.
Administration interface: We developed an intuitive backend tool that allowed TotalEnergies D'Ieteren to easily manage the website's content. They could update event information, manage registrations, export data, and more.

Achieved results:
Thanks to our collaboration with Bench Marketing, we successfully delivered an event registration website for TotalEnergies D'Ieteren that met all the client's requirements. The site offered a smooth and intuitive user experience, simplifying the registration process for participants. Additionally, the automated system for sending confirmation emails and SMS messages reduced manual workload and ensured effective communication with the registered attendees.
